Shipping Policy

Shipping schedules can vary due to many factors that extend beyond our direct control, so any delivery timeframes provided should be viewed as approximate rather than guaranteed. Once an order has been prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center, its transit time is influenced by a combination of logistical elements. These include the distance between the shipping origin and destination, carrier capacity, regional transportation infrastructure, processing volume during busy periods, and external conditions such as weather events or natural disruptions. Under normal operating conditions, most orders are delivered within an estimated period of ten to twenty business days. This estimate reflects standard carrier transit timelines and does not include weekends or public holidays, when shipping activity may be limited or paused.

Although we strive to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally disrupt regular shipping operations. Severe weather, transportation interruptions, seasonal surges in demand, customs delays, labor constraints, or other logistical challenges can affect delivery progress for both domestic and international shipments. We work closely with our shipping partners to reduce delays whenever possible, but once a package has entered the carrier’s network, certain situations are unavoidable. We appreciate customer understanding and patience when delays occur due to circumstances outside our immediate control.

Because shipping conditions may change unexpectedly, we are unable to promise exact arrival dates. After an order is confirmed and processing begins, shipment details are transmitted to the carrier and recorded in their system. At this stage, modifications to the delivery address, destination, or routing are no longer possible. Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review all shipping information before completing their purchase. Providing accurate recipient names, street addresses, unit or apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact details helps prevent delays caused by address verification issues, routing errors, or failed delivery attempts.

Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is managed entirely by the selected carrier. During transit, packages may pass through multiple sorting centers, regional hubs, and inspection points, each operating under varying workloads and conditions. High shipping volumes, temporary backlogs, routine inspections, security checks, or adverse weather can slow movement at different points along the route. In some cases, carriers may temporarily place a shipment on hold to verify delivery information or request clarification before continuing. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, the affected product will be removed from the order, the customer will be informed promptly, and a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement and no additional destination-based charges. Depending on the delivery location and carrier policies, a signature or recipient presence may be required upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may make additional attempts. Should multiple delivery attempts fail and the package be returned to us, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. To reduce the likelihood of missed deliveries, customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability during the estimated delivery period.

To enhance transparency, we provide an online tracking service that allows customers to follow their order from dispatch through transit and final delivery. Tracking updates offer visibility into the shipment’s progress and help customers stay informed throughout the journey. Please note that tracking information may not update continuously, particularly when a package is traveling between facilities or regions.

In some circumstances, an order may not be processed or shipped. Common reasons include inventory limitations, delivery destinations that cannot be supported, restrictions on PO box addresses, payment authorization issues, or verification concerns. Incomplete or inaccurate checkout information may also lead to delays or cancellations. If any such issue arises, customers will be notified with relevant details and instructions on how to proceed.

If an incorrect item is received, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist with a return and issue a refund. Returns due to sizing preferences are also accepted, though a new order must be placed for the preferred size. If a shipment appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers are encouraged to review the tracking information first. If the status remains unclear or the delay seems unusual, our support team can be contacted for assistance. We will review the situation, coordinate with the carrier if necessary, and work toward a timely resolution.

Our aim is to make the shipping process as clear, dependable, and transparent as possible while keeping customers informed at every stage. We appreciate your understanding as we manage the many variables that can influence delivery timelines.
